Application of Abdominal Fire Dragon Moxibustion Combined with Chinese Medicine Remai Bao in Nursing of Patients with Stomach Duct Pain

Abstract：Objective To exploring the application effect of abdominal fire dragon moxibustion combined with traditional chinese medicine heat massage in nursing patients with epigastric pain.Methods Seventy patients with epigastric pain admitted to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated People's Hospital from February 2023 to November 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 35 cases in each group.The conventional group received routine nursing intervention,while the research group received abdominal dragon moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat therapy on the basis of it.The pain level,symptom scores of traditionally Chinese medicine,and nursing satisfaction between two groups after intervention were compared.Results After intervention for 3,5,and 7 days,the scores of numerical rating scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After 7 days of intervention,the scores of upper abdominal pain,acid reflux,loss of appetite,upper abdominal fullness,and belching in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The satisfaction scores of humanistic care,nursing skills,attitude,ward environment,and clinical efficacy in the research group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the nursing care of patients with epigastric pain,the use of abdominal dragon moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine heat therapy can reduce the degree of pain,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and improve nursing satisfaction.
