Application of Graded Nursing Combined with Enteral Nutrition Intervention for Acute Gastrointestinal Dysfunction in the Nursing of Patients with Acute Pancreatitis

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of graded acute gastrointestinal dysfunction(AGI)nursing combined with enteral nutrition intervention on patients with acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods Eighty AP patients who were admitted in Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected,and randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 40 caese in each group by random number table method.The control group received enteral nutrition intervention,while the intervention group received AGI graded nursing combined with enteral nutrition intervention.The gastrointestinal function,nutritional indicators,and gastrointestinal quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the intervention group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The serum albumin,prealbumin,and body fat rate in both groups were increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The gastrointestinal quality of life in both groups were increased,and the intervention group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of AGI grading nursing and enteral nutrition intervention can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,improve nutritional status,and improve quality of life in AP patients.
