Application Effect of Family Delivery Room Model in Painless Delivery of Primipara

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of family delivery room model in painless delivery of primiparas.Methods A total of 120 singleton primiparous women with vaginal trial conditions admitted to Jinjiang Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 60 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received conventional intervention mode,while the study group received family delivery room model on the basis of the conventional intervention mode.Compare the duration of labor,degree of labor pain,and psychological state and resilience after intervention between two groups.Results The study group had significantly shorter labor stages and total labor time than the control group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scores of pain in different stages of labor in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the anxiety self-rating scale and depression self-rating scale in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the total scores of each dimension of the psychological resilience scale were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of the family delivery room model in painless delivery for primiparous women is definite,which can effectively shorten the delivery time,reduce labor pain,improve psychological state and resilience of primiparous women,and is worth promoting and using.
