Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of individualized nursing mode in patients undergoing cardiac magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)examination. Methods A total of 98 patients who underwent cardiac MRI examination at the First Hospital of Quanzhou from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Thirty-seven patients who received routine nursing from October 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the routine group.Sixty-one patients who received individualized nursing from April to October 2023 were selected as the individualized group. The examination efficiency(preparation time and examination time),examination results(one successful examination and qualified images),nursing satisfaction, and negative emotions of patients before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in preparation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The individualized group had less examination time than the routine group, and the success rate of one examination, image qualification rate, and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After nursing, the scores of the anxiety and depression self-rating scales in both groups were significantly lower than before nursing, and the individualized group was significantly lower than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing individualized nursing among patients undergoing cardiac MRI examination can improve their negative emotions, increase examination efficiency, success rate, image qualification rate, and nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
