Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint therapy and thunder fire moxibustion on stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Sixty stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2023 were randomly divided into a study group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group received early rehabilitation nursing, while the study group received early rehabilitation nursing combined with acupoint therapy and thunder fire moxibustion.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups,as well as the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores, limb movement function, daily living ability, and quality of life before and after intervention. Results The total clinical effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, limb movement function, daily living ability, and quality of life in both groups were significantly better than before intervention. After intervention, the scores of the above indicators in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint therapy and thunder fire moxibustion in early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia has a relatively ideal nursing effect.Early rehabilitation nursing can further improve patients'symptoms, enhance limb movement function, life ability, and life quality.
