The Effect of Postpartum Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Training Combined with Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Postpartum Uterine Prolapse

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum uterine prolapse.Methods Sixty patients with postpartum uterine prolapse admitted to Dongling Town Central Health Center in Huian County,Quanzhou City from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 patients in each group,using a random number table method.The control group received postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training,while the observation group received nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.Compare the clinical efficacy,pelvic floor dysfunction,urinary incontinence,and quality of sexual life between two groups before and after intervention.Results The clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the pelvic floor dysfunction score,urinary incontinence score,and sexual life quality score in both groups improved compared to before intervention,and the observation group had significantly better scores in these indicators than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation training combined with nursing intervention can effectively treat postpartum uterine prolapse,with better effects than using pelvic floor rehabilitation training alone.It can further alleviate the degree of pelvic floor dysfunction in patients,effectively improve the clinical urinary incontinence,and enhance the quality of sexual life.It is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
