Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of digital radiography(DR)spine full-length splicing technology in the diagnosis of scoliosis. Methods Ninety patients with scoliosis who underwent full-length spine photography at Nanhai Hospital of Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the study subjects, and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 45 patients in each group. Both groups underwent full-length spine photography, with the control group using CT scanning technology and the study group using DR spine full-length splicing technology. The image quality,signal-to-noise ratio, and stitching error rate between two groups were compared. Results The image quality of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The positive and lateral SNR values of the research group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The error rates of length splicing, angle splicing, and magnification splicing in the research group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of DR spine full-length stitching photography technology in the clinical diagnosis of scoliosis can obtain high-quality images, effectively improve signal-to-noise ratio, reduce stitching errors, and has high clinical application value.
