Analysis of the Efficacy of Compound Aminopeptidase Tablets Combined with Dexamethasone Cream in the Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound aminopeptidase tablets combined with dexamethasone cream in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris admitted to Weifang Dermatology Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and a combination group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with denonide cream,while the combination group was treated with compound aminopeptidase tablets based on denonide cream.The clinical efficacy,and the improvement of skin lesion and skin barrier function were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the combined group had better scores in skin lesion area,skin severity,sebum content,stratum corneum moisture content,and transepidermal moisture loss than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of compound aminopeptidase tablets and dexamethasone cream is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which can reduce the patient's skin lesion area and improve skin barrier function.It is worth promoting and using.
