Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of music nursing combined with child interest induction in perioperative nursing of children with congenital heart disease. Methods Seventy children with congenital heart disease who underwent surgical treatment at the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from December 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine perioperative care, while the observation group received music care combined with child interest induction on top of it.The changes in anxiety, pain, and vital signs between two groups of patients after intervention were compared. Results The modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group on day 1 before surgery, during anesthesia induction, and at 2 hours,12 hours, and 24 hours after surgery(P<0.05).The Wong Baker facial expression scale scores at 6 hours,12 hours, and 24 hours after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate and mean arterial pressure during anesthesia induction,20 minutes after surgery, and 1 hour after surgery were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Music nursing combined with child interest induction can help alleviate perioperative anxiety and pain in children undergoing congenital heart disease surgery, and is also beneficial for maintaining stable vital signs.
