Application Effect of Operating Room Pathway Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients Undergoing Cardiovascular Intervention Therapy

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of operating room pathway nursing in the perioperative period of patients undergoing cardiovascular intervention treatment.Methods A total of 102 patients with cardiovascular diseases who underwent interventional surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and randomly divided into traditional group and observation group,with 51 cases in each group.The traditional group was given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was given operating room routing nursing intervention.The nursing effectiveness between the two groups was compared.Results The nursing quality scores of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the traditional group(P<0.05).The Seattle angina questionnaire scores of the observation group were higher than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and readmission rate of the observation group were less than those of the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of operating room routing nursing intervention for cardiovascular interventional patients can significantly improve the quality of nursing,promote postoperative recovery,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and re-hospitalization rate,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
