The Impact of Individualized Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Knee Joint Function,Disease Awareness and Quality of Life in Patients with Open Lower Limb Fractures

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of individualized rehabilitation nursing on postoperative knee joint function,disease awareness,and quality of life in patients with open lower limb fractures.Methods One hundred and ten patients with open fractures of the lower limbs admitted to Ninghua General Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group by double-blind method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received personalized rehabilitation nursing.And the knee joint function score,disease awareness score,and quality of life score of the two groups of patients were compared.Results After 60 days of nursing intervention,follow-up was conducted,and the Lysholm knee joint function score,disease awareness score,and comprehensive quality of life questionnaire score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing,individualized rehabilitation nursing has a significant effect on improving knee joint function,disease awareness,and quality of life in patients with open lower limb fractures after surgery,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
