Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shujing Tongluo Decoction on the functional recovery of lower limbs in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Clinical data of 106 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia at the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng City from October 2022 to October 2023 were collected.According to the different intervention plans, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Shujing Tongluo Decoction, while the observation group was treated with warming acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The improvement in lower limb motor function, walking function, neurological recovery, lower limb muscle strength, and gait between two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer assessment score and functional ambulation category scale score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The modified Rankin scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The muscle strength of lower limb knee extension, lower limb hip flexion and ankle dorsum extension in the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The walking cycle of patients in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Warming acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shujing Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia is helpful to improve the lower limb motor function, walking function, neural function and gait function, and improve the lower limb muscle strength of patients.
