Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between serum interleukin-17A,serum cholinesterase, liver function, and coagulation function in patients with hepatitis B.Methods A total of 389 hepatitis B patients who were treated at Guangze County Hospital from January 1 to May 31,2023 were selected as study object,as well as 136 cases healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations during the same period, were selected as the control group.According to the severity of hepatitis B patients, they were divided into mild group(126 cases),moderate group(130 cases),and severe group(133 cases).Liver function indicators, four coagulation indicators, serum cholinesterase, and interleukin-17A levels were evaluated in each group, and the relationship between serum cholinesterase,interleukin-17A,aspartate aminotransferase, and coagulation indicators in hepatitis B patients was analyzed. Results The levels of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, thrombin time, prothrombin time, thromboplastin time, and interleukin-17A gradually decreased in the severe group, moderate group, mild group, and control group, while the levels of fibrinogen and serum cholinesterase gradually increased. The above index differences between the groups were significant(P<0.05).The serum cholinesterase level is negatively correlated with thrombin time, prothrombin time, thrombin time, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase levels(P<0.05),and positively correlated with fibrinogen levels(P<0.05).The level of interleukin-17A is positively correlated with thrombin time, prothrombin time, thrombin time, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase levels(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with fibrinogen and serum cholinesterase levels(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum cholinesterase and interleukin-17A in patients with hepatitis B are related to their coagulation and liver function. The levels of serum cholinesterase and interleukin-17A can reflect the severity of the patient's condition.
