Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction who were hospitalized in Tianjin Haihe Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study object,and all patients were randomly divided into routine group(n=40 cases)and the observation group(n=40 cases).The routine group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group adopted comprehensive nursing.The treatment compliance before and after the intervention,negative emotion[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),depression scale(SDS)],quality of life(36-item short form health survey,SF-36)and nursing satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared.Results Before intervention,treatment compliance,SAS score,SDS score,and SF-36 score showed no significant difference between two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,treatment compliance,SAS score,SDS score,and SF-36 score were significantly better than before intervention,and the observation group improved better than routine group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 77.50% in the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing model can improve the treatment compliance of patients with cerebral infarction,which is conducive to reduce the negative emotions of patients with cerebral infarction,and improve the quality of life and nursing care satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
