Effect Evaluation of Diversified Nursing Care Based on Shared Decision Making in the Nursing of Children with Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of diversified care based on shared decision-making in the care of children with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods Seventy-two children admitted to Shanghai Children's Hospital for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were randomly divided into the study group and the control group of 36 cases each.The control group adopted conventional care and the study group adopted conventional care combined with diversified care based on shared decision-making.Spence child anxiety scale(SCAS),pain condition(face legs activity crying corsolability,FLACC),medical fear(the child medical fear scale,CMFS)and quality of life(pediatric quality of life inventory general core module,PedsQL4.0)were compared between two groups.Results Before the nursing care,the SCAS score,FLACC score,CMFS scores,and PedsQL4.0 scores showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After the nursing care,the above scores of the two groups were improved significantly,and the improvement of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Applying diversified care based on shared decision-making to children with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation can effectively relieve anxiety,reduce pain,decrease medical fear,and improve the quality of survival.
