Application Effect Analysis of Risk Warning Management in Elderly Patients with Urinary Tract Infection

Abstract：Objective To analyze the application effect of early risk warning management in elderly patients with urinary tract infection.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with urinary tract infection admitted to Beijing Huairou Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study object,and were randomly divided into 40 cases each in the early warning group and the control group.The control group used conventional nursing care,and the early warning group adopted early risk warning management on the basis of the control group.Compare the pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,EuroQol five dimensions questionnaire(EQ-5D)scores,inflammatory factor changes before and after care in the two groups,and compare the incidence of urinary system infection after care in the two groups.Results Before care,VAS scores and EQ-5D scores of the two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After care,VAS scores and EQ-5D scores of the two groups were all significantly reduced,and the early warning group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of urinary tract infection in the early warning group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk warning management applied to elderly patients with urinary tract infection can effectively relieve pain,improve quality of life,improve the body's inflammatory response,and reduce the incidence of urinary tract infection.
