Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and guidewire unblocking surgery in the treatment of fallopian tubal obstruction. Methods One hundred and sixty patients with blocked fallopian tubes admitted to Jinxiang County People's Hospital from May 2020 to October 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group accepted selective tubal patency under hysteroscopy, while the research group accepted hysteroscopic fallopian tube guidewire unblocking surgery. The postoperative patency rate of the fallopian tubes, the morphology of the uterus and ovaries, and the pregnancy status were compared between the two groups. Results Twelve weeks after surgery, the patency of the fallopian tubes in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).One year after surgery, the pregnancy rate in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the uterine volume, endometrial thickness, and ovarian volume in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and guidewire unblocking surgery significantly improve the postoperative patency rate of the fallopian tubes and pregnancy rate, and better restore the morphology of the uterus and ovaries in patients with blocked fallopian tubes.
