Abstract:Objective To analyze the correlation between C2~7 Cobb angle, cervical curvature type, sagittal vertical axis(SVA)and nuchal ligament calcification in patients with cervical spondylosis. Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital of State Grid Corporation of China from October 2021 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the volume of ligament calcification, they were divided into control group(32 cases),observation group A(34 cases)and observation group B(34 cases). The 2~7 Cobb Angle, cervical curvature type, and C2~7 SVA values were compared among three groups, and the correlation between the indicators and nuchal ligament calcification were analyzed. Results The differences in C2~7 Cobb angle,C2~7 SVA,cervical curvature straightness rate, and cervical curvature kyphosis rate among the three groups were significant(P<0.05).The correlation analysis found that there was a negative correlation between C2~7 Cobb angle, cervical curvature kyphosis rate,C2~7 SVA and nuchal ligament calcification in patients with cervical spondylosis, and a positive correlation between cervical curvature straightness rate and nuchal ligament calcification(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a significant correlation between C2~7 Cobb angle, cervical curvature type(cervical curvature straight type, cervical curvature kyphosis type),SVA and nuchal ligament calcification in patients with cervical spondylosis, which can be used for clinical condition analysis.
