The Impact of Integrated Medical and Nursing Intervention Model on Postoperative Psychological Resilience and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients Undergoing Biliary Stone Surgery

Abstract:Objective To explore the impact of integrated medical and nursing intervention model on postoperative recovery,psychological resilience,and quality of life in elderly patients undergoing biliary tract stone surgery.Methods From August 2019 to November 2020,a total of 89 elderly patients with biliary tract stone who were treated in Xiongshan Street Community Health Service Center of Zhenghe County were included in this study.According to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(44 cases)and a research group(45 cases).The control group accepted routine intervention,while the research group accepted integrated medical and nursing intervention model on the basis of routine intervention.The postoperative recovery,psychological resilience,and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The study group had significantly shorter anal exhaust time,eating time,ambulation time,drainage time,and hospital stay compared to the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Connor-Davidson resilience scale and gastrointestinal quality of life index in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients undergoing gallstone surgery,the integrated medical and nursing intervention model can accelerate postoperative recovery,improve psychological resilience and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of complications.
