Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery. Methods A total of 115 patients who underwent total hip replacement surgery at Jiangle County General Hospital from 2021 to 2023 were selected. All patients were randomly divided into a control group of 57 cases and an observation group of 58 cases. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention.Compare the postoperative recovery, incidence of complications, preoperative and postoperative pain, hip joint function, and daily living activities between the two groups. Results The postoperative defecation time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the difference in leg circumference between the two groups was significantly smaller than before intervention, and the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the two groups at 24 and 72 hours after surgery were significantly lower than those before surgery, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hip joint function and daily living activity scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group one month after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is more beneficial for postoperative recovery in patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery, which can further alleviate pain, reduce the occurrence of complications, and improve hip joint function and daily living activities.
