Effect of Alteplase Thrombolysis Combined with Butylphthalide in the Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of alteplase thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to Juxian People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase,while the observation group received intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase combined with butylphthalide.Compare the therapeutic effects,neurological damage before and after treatment,biochemical factor levels,daily living ability,and quality of life between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.11%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 80.00%(P<0.05).The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group at 7 and 14 days after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the biochemical factor levels,daily living ability,and quality of life scores in both groups improved significantly compared to before treatment,and all indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of alteplase thrombolysis combined with butylphthalide in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients has a good effect,which can further improve the level of biochemical factors,enhance the patient's self-care ability and quality of life,and is worthy of promotion and use.
