Effect Analysis of Qiliqiangxin Capsule Combined with Sacubitril Valsartan for Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with sacubitril valsartan in the treatment of chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods A total of 90 patients with CHF admitted to the Yongchuan District People's Hospital of Chongqing from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and all patients were randomly divided into a combination group and a control group with 45 cases in each group.The combination group was treated with Qiliqiangxin capsules combined with sacubitril valsartan,while the control group was treated with sacubitril valsartan alone.Compare the efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between two groups,as well as the cardiac function[left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),cardiac index(CI),stroke volume(SV)]and exercise tolerance[(6-min walking distance,arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)]before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 82.22%(χ2 value was 4.050,P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF,CI,SV,6-min walking distance,and SaO2 of the two groups were all better than before treatment,and the combination group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 13.33%,lower than the control group's 17.78%,and the difference was not significant(χ2 value was 0.338,P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Qiliqiangxin capsules and sacubitril valsartan has a better therapeutic effect on chronic heart failure than the use of sacubitril valsartan alone.It can further improve the patient's heart function,increase activity tolerance,and has good safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
