Exploration of the Application Value of Childlike Psychological Intervention in the Nursing of Children with Bronchopneumonia

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of childlike psychological intervention on clinical symptoms,lung function,psychological status,and treatment compliance in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods Eighty-six children with bronchopneumonia in Zoucheng People's Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine intervention,while the research group was given childlike psychological intervention based on routine intervention.The improvement in clinical symptom,lung function,psychological status,and treatment compliance between two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of fever,cough,wheezing,lung damp rales,shortness of breath,and sputum in the research group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in 1 second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow rate,maximum mid-expiratory flow,vital capacity,and peak expiratory time in the research group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety related emotional disorders scores of the research group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The Mofisky-Green questionnaire score in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Childlike psychological intervention can promote the improvement of symptoms and lung function in children with bronchopneumonia,eliminate negative emotions,and improve treatment compliance.
