Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of transitional care model(TCM)nursing intervention on negative emotions, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction of patients after cervical cancer surgery. Methods A total of 86 cervical cancer patients admitted to Ningde Hospital Affiliated to Ningde Normal University from June 2019 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 43 cases in each group, according to different nursing methods. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received TCM-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The negative emotions, quality of life, complications, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after intervention. Results The scores of anxiety and depression after intervention in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM-based nursing intervention on cervical cancer patients can effectively improve postoperative negative emotions, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and increase their satisfaction with nursing work.It is worth promoting the clinical use of TCM.
