Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of different prenatal intervention methods on postpartum lactation function, breastfeeding, and delivery outcomes of parturients. Methods The pregnant women who were hospitalized in the Second People's Hospital of Liaocheng from December 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different intervention methods, they were divided into a control group(76 cases)and an observation group(81 cases). The control group received breast pump induced lactation, while the observation group received massage induced lactation. The intervention effects of the two groups of parturients were compared. Results The onset time of postpartum lactation in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the breast filling and lactation volume were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of pure breastfeeding in the observation group during the early postpartum period,1 month postpartum, and 3 months postpartum was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of milk stasis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pregnancy outcomes between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Different prenatal intervention methods can improve lactation function and breastfeeding rate, and delivery outcomes, especially the intervention effect of breast massage is better.
