The Improvement Effect of Cognitive Behavioral Nursing Intervention Based on Follow-Up on the Psychology,Sleep and Quality of Life of Pregnant Women Accepting Abortion due to Abnormal Pregnancy

Abstract:Objective To explore the improvement effect of follow-up based cognitive behavioral nursing intervention on the psychological,sleep,and quality of life of pregnant women accepting abortion due to abnormal pregnancy.Methods Fifty pregnant women accepting abortion due to abnormal pregnancy admitted to Dalian Women and Children's Medical Center(Group)from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an intervention group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the intervention group received follow-up based cognitive behavioral nursing intervention.The psychological,sleep,and quality of life of two groups after intervention were compared.Results After one month of intervention,the scores of various dimensions and total scores of the postpartum depression screening scale(Chinese version)in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions and total scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of various dimensions and total scores of generic quality of life inventory-74 in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with conventional nursing interventions,follow-up based cognitive behavioral nursing interventions can improve the psychological,sleep,and quality of life after induced abortion,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
