Abstract:Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of head and neck computed tomography angiography(CTA)and cranial magnetic resonance angiography(MRA)in cerebral artery stenosis. Methods From June 2020 to June 2023,a total of 100 suspected cases of cerebral artery stenosis were selected from the third People's Hospital of Jining. They all underwent head and neck CTA and cranial MRA.Digital subtraction angiography(DSA)as a reference, the diagnostic value of different methods was compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity and negative predictive value of CTA were significantly higher than those of craniocranial MRA(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive predictive value and compliance rate of stenosis between head and neck CTA and cranial MRA(P>0.05).Conclusion Both head and neck CTA and craniocerebral MRA can effectively diagnose cerebral artery stenosis and the degree of cerebral artery stenosis.However,head-neck CTA has higher sensitivity and specificity than craniocerebral MRA,so it can be used as the first choice.
