The Effect of Detailed Management Combined with Programmed Position Change on the Quality of Life of Children with Pneumonia

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of detail management combined with programmed position shift on the quality of life of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 66 eligible children with pneumonia admitted to Tancheng Street Community Health Service Center from September 2021 to September 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(n=33 cases)and the observation group(n=33 cases).The control group adopted conventional nursing care,and the observation group adopted detail management combined with programmed positional shift.The nursing effect,symptom improvement time,cardiopulmonary function and quality of life of the children in both groups were assessed.Results After the intervention,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the symptom improvement time was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the cardiorespiratory function and quality of life of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of detail management combined with programmed position shift in children with pneumonia can improve the nursing effect,shorten the time of symptom improvement,improve cardiopulmonary function,and improve the quality of life.
