Effect of Individualized Continuing Nursing for Hypertensive Patients

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of individualized continuing nursing for hypertensive patients.Methods Sixty hypertensive patients admitted to Pucheng County Fuling Health Center from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received individualized continuing nursing intervention,while the control group received routine care.After one month of intervention,compare the blood pressure levels,negative emotions,self-care ability,quality of life,and patient satisfaction between the two groups.Results After one month of intervention,the blood pressure levels in both groups were significantly lower than before intervention,and the blood pressure levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,both groups had significantly lower scores on the Self Rating Anxiety and Depression Scale than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,the self-care ability measurement scale scores of both groups were significantly higher than before intervention,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After one month of intervention,the quality of life and satisfaction scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized continuing nursing can enhance the blood pressure control effect of hypertensive patients,reduce negative emotions,improve self-care ability,quality of life and satisfaction,which is worth promoting and using.
