Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis and its impact on liver function in patients. Methods Sixty patients with acute calculous cholecystitis were selected from Gutian County Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023.All patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each. The control group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy, while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with somatostatin.Observe and compare the clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels and liver function indicators of the two groups before and after surgery. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly higher than 66.67%of the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups improved compared to before surgery, and the observation group was significantly superior to the control group(P<0.05).After surgery, all indicators of liver function in the two groups improved compared to before surgery, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute calculous cholecystitis has good clinical efficacy, can reduce inflammatory reactions, improve liver function, and is worthy of promotion and application.
