Abstract:Objective To analyze the effects of budesonide combined with salbutamol nebulization on symptoms,T-lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors in children with vial bronchiolitis(BIC).Methods A total of 80 patients with viral BIC admitted to Fuqing Hospital from January 2018 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(40 patients receiving budesonide atomization therapy for 1 week)and study group(40 patients receiving budesonide atomization therapy combined with salbutamol for 1 week). The symptoms, immune function, levels of inflammatory factors and drug safety of the two groups were compared. Results The disappearance time of cough, sudden dyspnea, fever, dyspnea, expectoration and wheezing in the study group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD4+,CD3+,CD4+/CD8+ in both groups increased, while the levels of CD8+ and inflammatory factors decreased, and the changes of the above indexes in the study group were even significantly greater(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(7.50%vs.2.50%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The budesonide combined with salbutamol nebulizer therapy is effective in the treatment of vial BIC,which can effectively promote the recovery of immune function, reduce inflammatory reaction and clinical symptoms, and does not increase adverse drug reactions, which can ensure the safety of medication.
