The Effect of Family Participation Psychological Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of family participation based psychological nursing in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 66 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the 73rd Army Group Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received family participation psychological care on the basis of the control group's nursing plan.The psychological status,social adaptation ability,neurological function,motor function,and nurse satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The psychological state,social adaptation ability,neurological function,and motor function of the observation group after nursing were all significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment process of cerebral infarction patients,family participation psychological nursing can effectively improve negative emotions,enhance social adaptability,improve the degree of neurological dysfunction,improve exercise ability,and enhance nursing satisfaction.
