Application of Dachengqi Decoction Enema in Patients with Adhesive Intestinal Obstruction

Abstract：Objective To explore the application value of dachengqi decoction enema in adhesive intestinal obstruction(AIO)patients.Methods In this study,84 AIO patients admitted to Shibo High-tech Hospital,Zibo High-tech Zone from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group(31 cases,basic treatment + normal saline enema)and the observation group(53 cases,basic treatment + Dachenqi decoction enema).Gastrointestinal function,therapeutic effect,quality of life and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of abdominal symptoms,recovery time of bowel sounds,first exhaust time and first defecation time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scale and inflammatory factor levels in observation group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,Dachengqi decoction enema can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of AIO,shorten gastrointestinal function recovery time and improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
