The Effect of Health Education Combined with Whole Course High-Quality Nursing Intervention on Patients with Vaginitis

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of health education combined with whole course high-quality nursing intervention in the patients with vaginitis.Methods A total of 60 eligible patients with vaginitis admitted to Pucheng County Fuling Health Center from May 2021 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each.Both groups of patients were given routine treatment for vaginitis,the control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received a combination of health education and high-quality nursing intervention throughout the entire process.Evaluate and compare the health knowledge awareness rate,medication compliance,health behavior scores,and nursing satisfaction of two groups of patients.Results The awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 93.34%,which was significantly higher than 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).The medication compliance rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The health behavior scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 100.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education combined with whole course high-quality nursing intervention can improve the awareness rate of health knowledge and medication compliance,improve health behavior,and enhance patient nursing satisfaction in patients with vaginitis.
