Observation on the Curative Effect of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction on COPD with Phlegm Turbidity Obstructing Lung Type

Abstract：Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with conventional western medicine therapy on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients with phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type.Methods A total of 82 cases of phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type COPD treated in Nan'an Hospital from June 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into traditional Chinese and Western medicine group(Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with Western medicine routine treatment)and Western medicine group(Western medicine routine treatment),with 41 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly higher than that of the Western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM score,pulmonary ventilation function and inflammation indexes improved significantly and the traditional Chinese and Western medicine group was significantly better than Western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Erchen Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction had significant clinical effect in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with phlegm turbidity obstructing lung type,which can effectively improve pulmonary ventilation function,alleviate inflammatory reaction,promote the illness recovery and has high security.
