The Application Effect of IKAP Health Education Combined with Preventive Intervention Measures in Patients with Gestational Hypertension

Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness of implementing IKAP health education combined with preventive intervention measures in patients with gestational hypertension.Methods A total of 140 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to Ningde Municipal Hospital of Ningde Normal University from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 70 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were given the same treatment plan,the control group received routine care,and the observation group received IKAP health education combined with preventive intervention measures.Observe the anxiety,self-efficacy,and blood pressure levels of two groups before and after nursing,and compare the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes between the two groups.Results After nursing,the average diastolic and systolic blood pressure in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the self-efficacy score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Anxiety Self Rating Scale score was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion IKAP health education combined with preventive interventions can improve the psychological status and blood pressure levels of patients with gestational hypertension,ensuring better pregnancy outcomes.
