Abstract:Objective? To explore the application value of Green’s model in health intervention nursing of patients with rectal cancer stoma operation. Methods? A total of 56 patients with rectal cancer who underwent radical resection and stoma in our hospital from 2017 to 2018 were randomly divided into control group and study group, 28 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing mode, while the study group was given post-operative health intervention nursing with Green mode. The self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups at 3 months after operation were compared. The self-care ability was assessed by the Chinese version of the Self-care Scale (ESCA) and the quality of life was assessed by the Cancer Quality of Life Scale (FACT-G). Results? The scores of ESCA and FACT-G in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion? ompared with the traditional mode, Green mode can further improve the self-care ability and quality of life of patients with rectal cancer after radical resection. It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical nursing work.
