Regulation of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on Hemostatic Function and Cerebral Blood Flow in Patients with Ischemic Stroke

Abstract：Objective? To observe the effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on coagulation function and cerebral blood flow in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods? Seventy patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine. The coagulation function and cerebral blood flow changes were compared between the two groups after 14 days of treatment. Results? There was no significant difference in APTT, PT, TT and FIB between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05); after treatment, they were all significantly improved in each group (P<0.05), and there was also significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Cerebral blood flow: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in Vp, Vm, DVP and DVm between the two groups (P>0.05); after treatment, they were all significantly improved in each group (P<0.05), and there were also significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion? Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can effectively improve the coagulation function and cerebral blood flow in patients with acute stroke, and it can be combined with western medicine to further increase the curative effect.
