Abstract:Objective? To evaluate the effect of alteplase combined with urinary kallidinogenase on collateral circulation and neurological function in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to the Department of Neurology, Liaoning Provincial People’s Hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with alteplase combined with urinary kallidinogenase, and the control group was treated with alteplase alone. The collateral circulation (rLMC score), neurological function(NHISS score) and activities of daily living (Barthel index) of the two groups were observed and compared after treatment. Results After treatment, the collateral circulation score, NHISS score and Barthel index score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Alteplase combined with urinary kallidinogenase is conducive to the opening of collateral circulation, and faster recovery of neurological function in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
