Effect Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation Combined with Ultrashort Wave in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

Abstract：Objective? To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultrashort wave in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ultrashort wave, while the observation group was treated with fumigation of traditional Chinese medicine combined with ultrashort wave. The therapeutic effect, the pain outcome before and after treatment and the satisfaction degree of the patients to the therapeutic effect were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, significantly higher than 86% of the control group(χ2=4.000, P<0.05). After treatment, the pain in both groups was significantly less than that before treatment, and the visual analogue score of pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at different time points after treatment(P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100%, higher than 92% of the control group, but there was no significant difference(χ2=2.344, P>0.05). Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with ultrashort wave treatment of lumbar disc herniation is effective, and can effectively improve the pain of patients, and patients are more satisfied. It is worth promoting.
