Abstract:Objective? To explore the effect of pelvic exercise training on limb function in lower limb hemiplegia patients with cerebrovascular disease. Methods? A total of 84 patients with lower extremity hemiplegia induced by cerebrovascular disease admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number grouping method, the subjects were divided into rehabilitation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine rehabilitation intervention, and the rehabilitation group was given pelvic exercise training on routine exercise. The rehabilitation effect of the two groups was compared. Results? There was no significant difference in lower extremity functional score (LEFS) score and blood-brain barrier (BBB) score between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05). After the intervention, the LEFS scores of each group were improved, and there was significant difference within the groups (P<0.05). The improvement in the rehabilitation group was more obvious than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion? Pelvic exercise training can improve the limb motor function and balance function in patients with lower extremity hemiplegia due to cerebrovascular disease, which is more helpful to the recovery of the patientand is worthy of popularization and application.
