Comparison of the Effects of Three Common Anastomotic Methods on the Recovery of Patients after Subtotal Gastrectomy
Abstract:Objective? To compare the effects of Billroth I, Billroth II and Roux-en-Y anastomosis on the recovery of patients after subtotal gastrectomy. Methods? A total of 147 patients who underwent subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 were divided into Billroth I group, Billroth II group and Roux-en-Y group (49 cases in each group). The changes of intestinal flora and the recovery of intestinal function were compared among the groups. Results? Compared with Billroth I group and Billroth II group, the changes of each colony in Roux-en-Y group were the smallest (P<0.05). The recovery of intestinal tract in Roux-en-Y group was significantly better than that Billroth I group and Billroth II group (P<0.05). Conclusion? Roux-en-Y anastomosis is the first choice for anastomosis after subtotal gastrectomy, which has less interference to intestinal flora and faster recovery of intestinal function.
