Clinical Effect of Yiqi Huoxue Compound Capsule on Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract：Objective? To study the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Compound Capsule on chronic heart failure. Methods? From September 2016 to May 2018, a total of 82 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group (N=38 cases) and observation group (N=44 cases). The control group was given routine treatment, while the observation group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Compound Soft Capsule for 3 months. The changes of plasma factors and cardiac function before and after 3 months of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results? After 3 months of treatment, the levels of brain natriuretic peptide and high sensitivity troponin T in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, (P<0.05). The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic dimension in the observation group were significantly smaller than control group, while the cardiac output and left ventricular function were significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion? Yiqi Huoxue Compound Capsule can further improve plasma factor and cardiac function in the treatment of heart failure of coronary heart disease, which is worthy of clinical application.
