Clinical Observation of Individualized Nursing Intervention in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Infection

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of individualized nursing intervention in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children. Methods Seventy children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection were selected from Women and Children’s hospital in Qinghai Province from July to December 2018. According to random table method, the patients were divided into observation group and control group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing care, while the observation group was given individualized nursing intervention. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group has higher the satisfaction rate of the family members, lower MASC score, higher score of PedsQL4.0 scale ( P< 0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection can further enhance the therapeutic effect, which is worth learning in clinical practice.
