Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopy in the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy residual tissue. Methods A total of 40 patients with intrauterine pregnancy tissue residues admitted to Enliang Hospital of Tai’an County from April 2017 to March 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment schemes. Both groups were treated with traditional curettage and hysteroscopy, respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The operation time, bleeding time, menstrual recovery time and intraoperative bleeding volume in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). The incidence of complications and pregnancy rate in the observation group were 5.0% and 65.0%, respectively, which were significantly better than those of the control group (25.0% and 30.0%, respectively) (P < 0.05). Conclusion Hysteroscopy is effective in the treatment of intrauterine pregnancy tissue residues, which is safe, reliable, and worthy of promotion.
