Clinical Analysis of Liufengwu Qinggan Lishi Decoction in the Treatment of Inflammatory Uterine Bleeding

Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Liufengwu Qinggan Lishi Decoction in the treatment of inflammatory uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 32 patients with inflammatory uterine bleeding were collected in Banyue Town Hospital from May 2013 to September 2017. All patients were given Liufengwu Qinggan Lishi Decoction treatment. After bleeding, the patients received consolidation treatment for 3-15 days, and the patients with prolong periods for three menstruas cycles. All patients were followed up for half a year, and the therapeutic effect were observed. Results The total effect was 87.5%, 32 case of improvement, 13 cases of effectiveness, and 4 cases of ineffectiveness. Conclusion Liufengwu Qinggan Lishi Decoction has significant clinical effect in the treatment of inflammatory uterine bleeding, which is deserve to clinical application.
