Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of early rehabilitation treatment for patients with ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 108 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Shenyang Second Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 54 cases in each group. The patients in control group received rehabilitation treatment after 3 weeks of stable condition. The patients in observation group received rehabilitation treatment after 48 hours of stable vital signs. The two groups were observed after 2 months of treatment. The effect, daily activity ability and motor function were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.74%, which was higher than 74.07% of the control group (χ2= 5.173, P = 0.023). After treatment, the daily activity and motor function in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation therapy for patients with ischemic stroke can effectively improve the therapeutic effect, improve the ability of daily living and promote the recovery of motor function.
