Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of anesthesia depth on stress state in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery under general anesthesia. Methods A total of 62 gastric cancer patients, who were initially diagnosed in our hospital from 2014 to 2018, were randomly divided into group A (Narcotrend index 47~56) and group B (Narcotrend index 37~46), 31 cases in each group. The hemodynamics and stress factors were compared between the two groups. Results The mean arterial pressure in T2, T3 and T4 had significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). There were significant differences in Cor, ACTH, ET-1, E and NE levels between the two groups at Tb and Tc time points (P<0.05). Conclusion Under routine anesthesia, the stress state of gastric cancer patients with deeper anesthesia is significantly lower, accompanied by further inhibition of circulatory system. Even so, we still recommend increasing the anesthesia depth under routine anesthesia to reduce the stress state of patients.
