CAI Lei
Abstract:Objective To explore the risk factors of gastroparesis syndrome (PGS) after distal subtotal gastrectomy in order to provide evidence for clinical prevention. Methods A total of 179 patients who underwent distal subtotal gastrectomy in our hospital from 2008 to 2018 were retrospectively collected and divided into non-PGS group (142 cases) and PGS group (37 cases) according to the occurrence of PGS. The clinical data of the two groups were compared to find out the risk factors for the occurrence of PGS. Results After the history of hypertension and alcohol consumption was excluded, age, diabetes mellitus, anxiety, pyloric obstruction, anastomotic mode and the use of analgesic pump were still risk factors for PGS (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical intervention should be carried out in advance to reduce the occurrence of PGS in view of the risk factors that may lead to the occurrence of PGS.
