Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between hypertensive disorder (HDP) and hypothyroidism in pregnancy (hypothyroidism). Methods A total of 149 HDP patients admitted to our hospital from 2016 to 2019 were selected as observation group, including 71 cases of gestational hypertension (group A), 47 cases of mild pre-eclampsia (group B), 31 cases of severe pre-eclampsia (group C).In addition, a total of 121 cases of pregnant women with normal blood pressure who underwent prenatal examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as control group. The main thyroid hormone levels and incidence of hypothyroidism were compared among different groups, and subgroup analysis was carried out to observe the effect of hypothyroidism on HDP glycolipid metabolism. Results The levels of TSH and TPOAb in group A, B and C were significantly higher than those in control group (P<0.05), while the levels of FT3 and FT4 were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The incidence of hypothyroidism in group A, group B and group C was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Subgroup analysis showed that FBG, 2hPG, TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C were significantly different between the two subgroups (P<0.05). Conclusion Thyroid hormone level in HDP pregnant women tends to be hypothyroidism, and HDP pregnant women with hypothyroidism also have more serious abnormal glucose and lipid metabolism.
